For those opting for cash pay, Ora's rates are currently the lowest in Logan at $65 for the initial 50-minute session and $35 for follow-up 30-minute sessions.

Lauren Rasmussen, RDN, CD, Dietitian
Lauren is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping others create a positive relationship with food through gentle nutrition and balanced habits. She believes that food should be delicious as well as nutritious, and follows and all-foods-fit approach. Trained in motivational interviewing, she specializes in meeting clients where they are at in their nutrition journey and making sustainable steps towards their health goals. Lauren also understands the unique challenges that come with mental health conditions and how they impact the ability to feed yourself well. She is ready to help you overcome those barriers and start improving your mental and physical health through nutrition. Whether your are struggling with a medical condition require diet changes, disordered eating, or just trying to feed yourself or your family, Lauren is ready to help. Lauren graduated from Utah State University with a bachelors in Dietetics.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her partner and her dog. She loves animals and enjoys creating art through drawing, painting, screen printing, crochet, sewing, and whatever new medium she can get her hands on.
